Established in 2000, we have been assisting prestigious companies from France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States with solutions for quality assurance and with OEM/ODM production. Today, our business coverage has expanded throughout the toy industry and we have established long-term strategic partnerships with a number of qualified manufacturers. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive service to our customers including shipment coordination, documents preparation and quality assurance. Most importantly, we keep our prices competitive even with all of these added value services. We have come across some clients who have purchased goods from other general trading companies and ended up with a huge percentage of defective goods. This is an undesired outcome considering that they waited for months until their goods arrived. Usually, defective goods are discovered by the end users. Not only does this result in a waste of time and money, but it also destroys the goodwill of the supplying company. With our comprehensive services, we resolve all of these major issues. We have established an independent quality control department to enforce the standard quality assurance system in each of our factories, and it is also responsible for evaluating whether or not potential vendors can fulfill our minimum requirements. Prior to delivery to our customers, our independent QC department evaluates the functionality, performance, safety and compliance according to international standards STD 105D and AQL 2.5, thus providing sample or full inspection depending on the circumstances. All the defective products are then screened and returned to the vendors in order to assure the quality of the supplied goods has fulfilled the customers specific requirements.
