It details our position relative to the 18 elements of ISO 9001:2000 standards and serves as the basis of all quality procedures. Level II: Quality Systems Procedure ManualA compilation of established quality procedures written for each stage of production. It details adaptation of the Quality Manual to the operation of each section/department, serving as an operations guide. It also details the scope of application, responsibilities, procedures and recording mechanisms of each team member. Level III: Manufacturing Procedures/Inspection/Standards This emphasizes the standard operational practices of all manufacturing and inspection processes. It essentially defines the 'how' of each specific task, through an easy-to-follow, step-by-step text-and-graphics approach.
