Intensive employee training Q.D. Polymate is a large company with 700 employees. Each employee undergoes at least three months of intensive training before starting work. Our managers take the time to one-on-one train each staff member on how to operate the machinery. We feel this is necessary to uphold the quality standards we require. Custom samples take 2 weeks.
