The department, which was built in 2008 on the basis of the biggest textile export advantages of this company, is specialized in machining, sheet-metal processing, electrogas welding fabrication, mold design and manufacturing,

We have more than 300 staffs including 80 technicians and 10 machinery engineers. And we also have over 190 all sorts of professional production equipment and detection facility including 40 equipment of processing spare parts such as CNC numberical lathe machine, numberical milling machine, numberical grinding machine , numberical machining centre and so many other numberical processing equipment, as well as 40 common lathe machines, common milling machines, common grinding machines and hopping machines. The equipment of sheet-metal processing includes 10 numberical punch machines, 60 common punch machines, 10 pressure machines and 20 bending machines and plate shears. The professional detection facility includes 10 CMMs and projectors.
Our factory can design and produce all kinds of Shafts?Flange?Belt Pulley?Gears?Metal Fencing?Feeding trough?Metal Frame and Cold Stamping Mould according to customer’s special demand.
