We are one of the leading PU foam manufacturers in the PRC. We have an operations office in Hong Kong and production plant in Shenzhen, China, which provides us with an efficient and cost effective environment to develop our business.Established in 1991 in the area of PU foam production, we have diversified our production lines over the years. Our plastic division was established in 1993, our hardware division in 1995, and in 1997 we established our electronic division. With all well-equipped production facilities in-house, we are able to offer competitive pricing and fulfill any customer requirements from different markets. Our major markets are North America and Europe.We are specialized in manufacturing :-PU-foam related products such as pillows, cushions, multi-angle chairs, toy sponges, terrybath sponges, packaging sponges, EVAs etc.Household products like cleaning sponges and dusters.Personal care products such as massage bras and silicon breast enhancers.Electronic massagers such as lumber massage cushions, car seat massagers, massage multi-anglecushion chairs, neck massage cushions.We also manufacture PU foam as semi-raw materials, such as higher/lower density sponge foam, memory foam, anti-static electricity sponge, and flame-retardant sponge. Our foam has been passed by the British Standard BS5852. When compared with similar flame-resistant fabric, it is able to pass BS7175, BS7176 and BS7177. We also meet the California 117 flame retardant and the USA flame-retardant standard.Our factory covers an area of more than 35, 000 sq. meter with a work force of 500 workers. Quality assurance is strictly controlled by our QC team. Our R&D and Engineering teams continue to develop new lines and work with our clients on OEM projects. For the past 6 years, OEM sales have made up at least 60% of our annual turnover.
