I didn't receive the registration confirmation email. What can I do?
It is possible that our automated email has landed in your email SPAM-folder. I have trouble uploading my company logo
Is the logo larger than 800x800 pixel or 1 MB in size? If this is the case the image cannot be uploaded. Please select another image and try again. After uploading your company logos will be downsized automatically by the system.
How do I update my company and contact information?
To update your company profile you will have to log into your EuroPrompt account and then click on Modify Company Profile. You will be able to add or update all of your company details, a brief and a detailed company description, upload your corporate logo etc.
How do the Buyers get into contact with me?
There is an express-contact form on your company's profile page at the European Buyer's Portal. Potential buyer who visit your profile or product portfolio can send you a message with a single click. You will find all messages and the sender's contact details in your message inbox. Additional - when you are online - a notification will appear when you have received new messages. When you are offline, you will receive an email telling you, that new messages from potential buyers are waiting for you.
Can I have more than one EuroPrompt account?
For every company, you are responsible to market, you can register a separate account. Each will be treated separately. Just make sure that you use unique email addresses when registering further accounts.
Which payment methods can I use at EuroPrompt?
There are three types of payment methods available: Credit Cards (Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover), PayPal, and TT (Wire Transfer or Bank Transfer). All of the three methods are safe and secure so you can choose whichever looks more easy and convenient to you. To submit your payment via TT bank transfer, you will find our bank coordinates in your invoice.
Is there any additional Tax or VAT that I have to pay?
If your company is incorporated outside of the European Union, you do not have to pay any further taxes for your annual membership. For European customers, 19% VAT will be added automatically. However, companies incorporated outside of Germany (but within the European Union) that have quoted a valid European VAT-ID in their profiles, do not have to pay VAT either.
Do I receive an invoice?
Of course. After submitting your payment an invoice is created automatically and send to your email address. You may also download your invoice any time later and print them at your convenience.
Do you use SSL to secure my credit card details?
Of course. EuroPrompt encrypts your payment information by using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL), which is the highest level commercially available.
How long is the membership valid and is it renewed automatically?
The membership is valid for one year starting from the day you submit payment. There is no automated renewal. Before the end of this period you will receive an email reminding you that your membership will be expire soon.
