We have a valid European VAT-ID but when paying for the upgrade we still had to pay VAT. Why?
We will refund the 19.00 percent you had to pay.

For future payments:
You must enter your VAT-ID in your company profile (which will be checked in real time at the database of the European Commission). If your VAT-ID is valid, you only have to pay the net amount. However, if your company is incorporated in Germany, you always have to pay VAT.
