Usually potential customers ask for product samples, white papers, product specifications and TÜV or CE certificates (if needed). But your sales agent - who will always be in close contact with you - will advise you to provide the necessary documents or product samples when required.

It is usually not required to snail-mail documents - instead please scan the required papers and email them to your sales agent.
If product samples are required, we usually ask you to ship a set by Fedex or DHL to the EuroPrompt sales agents department here in Germany. We will then forward single samples items to (seriously interested) potential buyers or present them during our road shows or one of the various exhibitions and trade shows we use to attend.
