Posted: 29 Sep 2009 Specifications AC variable frequency electric drive drilling rigs use gear reducer box to drive single shaft draw works and helicospiral base and are suitable for 114mm drill pipes and the drilling operation of oil well, gas well, and water well with a drilling depths from 3, 000m to 7, 000m. Drawworks, which adopts AC variable frequency control and energy dissipation braking, are small in volume, lightweight and reliable. A disc brake is used for the parking brake, allocation and emergency stop. All main functions are under total numerical control through the rig's computer system. An AC variable frequency decelerating electric motor serves as an automatic drill and accident braking drives drum through gear reduction box. K-type derrick with easy installation, integrated lifting and dropping function and easy maintenance. Box-on-box, slingshot and heliospiral type rig structures Rotary table is driven by AC variable frequency electric motor via chain reducing gear box, stepless speed regulation to achieve total numerical control for torque and rotation speed. Drill pump is driven by AC variable frequency electric motor with high power and high pump pressure.
