Specially designed to be use in the production of flexible type PCB with high temperature endurance and compression, abrasion and oil resistance, anti aging and with RoHS compliance.

FPCB Laminated Cushion Pads with Aluminum Foil are specifically designed to use in the production of soft type FPC board during the laminating (hot press) process, usually as the first layer of the stack. The pads are composed of silicone and aluminum foil laminated together to provide excellent shock absorbent property and well against heavy compression and fill the gaps between circuits during the process. The smooth silicone surface is good for abrasion endurance and chemical reagent resistance.
