Specially designed to be use in the production of soft type PCB with high temperature endurance and comparesion, abrasion and oil resistance, anti aging and with RoHS compliance.

Laminated Cushion Pads with Iron Plate are specifically designed to use in the production of soft type FPC board during the laminating (hot press) process, usually as the bottom layer of the stack. The pads are composed of silicone and iron plate laminated together to provide excellent shock absorbent property, works well against heavy compression and high temperature, also helps to maintain evenness during compression. The smooth and firm silicone surface is good for abrasion endurance and chemical reagent resistance.
